The impressive old building from approx. 1900 is being lovingly converted and renovated and has a total of 40 units.

In the course of the construction measures, all vacant existing apartments will be completely renovated and the attic will be converted into four new apartments with roof gardens.

The property was equipped with two new elevator systems for convenient access to the apartments both at the front building and in the garden house.

All windows and balcony doors were replaced with new, high-quality black wood insulated glass windows, so that they contrast stylishly with the

bright, newly refurbished facade. The street façade was additionally finished with historic ashlar plaster between the ground and second floors.

In the two inner courtyards, new balconies were installed and fitted with wooden flooring. At the end of the construction work, the outdoor facilities will be refurbished. Sufficient bicycle parking spaces will be provided.
